Page Media

Overview

The page media toolbox alows you to upload media (pictures, video, audio) to your page to be used within the page. Media can only be uploaded after the page is saved. Once the page is deleted, the attached media is also deleted.

Adding Media

To add media to a page, first make sure that the page is saved. Next, find the page using the home app. Click on the link with the title of your page. This will open the page actions links underneath. One of the links is the media link. Clicking this link will open the page media window.

Page Media Window - The page media window lists all the media associated with a page by media type. You can upload new media by clicking the choose file button. Then pick a file to be uploaded with your file chooser. Next click the upload button to upload the selected file.

To replace a file, check the checkbox next to the file, then click the replace button after choosing a file. This will replace the checked file with the new file.

To delete a file, check the checkbox next to the file you wish to delete, then click the delete button.
