Overview

Vector analysis extends the standard concepts of real analysis to vectors with multiple dimensions. Many of the algebraic and analytic methods apply to vectors as well, however, the extrac dimensions add a richer structure to the calculus.

Vector calculus is extensively in classical mechanics , especially in electro-magnetism.
