Templates

Overview

An template is a piece of re-usable text that you want to insert in your documents.

Adding a Template

Click the add template link. This will open a dialog window. Enter a title for the template, and a category. Then enter the text you want the template to contain. Click the add button.

If the category that you entered does not exist in the template category drop down box, this will add the category to the drop down. Whenever that category is selected, in the drop down, the list of templates that you have created will be displayed in the template listbox.

Using a Template

To add a templates text to your current document, click the desired template in the template listbox. This will add the templates text to the currently open document.
