Details
With davinci deployment services, scripts created in your davinci desktop can be deployed to run on remote servers in order to harness additional computing power. Deployments are created through the deployment app.Scripts that are deployed on a remote server inherit the authentication tokens of the user who created the deployment. That is, all the data (not behind a firewall) available to the user are available to the remotely running scripts. This includes the ability to post data back to the davinci server for later retrieval.
Deployed servers can further be run as webservers. This enables you to do any of the following:
- Host web services or web pages (which can be developed using the HTML app or with other tools.)
- Connect your desktop to the server and receive processing updates for long running processes.
