Overview
Simultaneous games are games where the players make their decisions (moves) simultaneously. (as opposed to the sequential game)
Game Matrix
One of the standard tools for evaluating simultaneous games is to assemble the payoffs in a matrix. The following matrix demonstrates two players, where the choices that player 1 can make are along the top, and the choices that player 2 can make are in the first column.
The cells in the matrix display two numbers, which represent the payoffs for player1 and player 2 given the choices represented by the row and column that the cell is in.
